Locked Chats
The locked chats feature allows users to add an extra layer of security to their conversations. Users can choose to lock a chat with a fingerprint or face ID, preventing others from accessing their private chats without permission.
Disappearing Messages
WhatsApp is also changing its disappearing messages feature, which previously allowed messages to disappear after seven days. With the new update, users will have the option to choose how long their messages will remain visible before they disappear, ranging from 24 hours to 90 days.
Sticker Search
To make it easier for users to find and use stickers, WhatsApp is adding a sticker search feature. Users can now search for a specific sticker or browse through categories to find the perfect one to use in their conversations.
QR Codes
WhatsApp is also introducing QR codes, making it easier for users to add new contacts. By scanning a QR code, users can quickly add a new contact without the need for manual entry.
