NIX Solutions: Microsoft Allows Parents of Xbox Players to Remotely Block Consoles

The American company Microsoft has introduced a new feature for the Xbox Family Settings mobile application, which should please parents of Xbox owners. So, the company allowed them to remotely block the console using smartphones and tablets.

As conceived, the innovation can be used as motivation for children to do their homework or help parents around the house. In particular, the set-top box will not work until the child fulfills the request.

This isn’t the last new feature in Xbox Family Settings designed for parents, notes NIX Solutions. They also have the opportunity to set a restriction on the use of the Xbox and independently mark which content the child cannot use. Among other things, children can now place orders for purchases of games or add-ons, which parents will learn about through notifications.
